To carry on the Business as a group of qualified, experienced engineers, architects and planners as Infrastructure developers with special focus on Irrigation and Road construction sector, and diversifying into Agro based business in the future. We will undertake project work to contribute towards Nation building and its reputation on the global level. We have a focus towards safety in our work environments and the progress of our projects by maintaining work ethics, managing project deliveries in time, controlling costs and minimising wastages of resources and administering a sustainable system for optimising output. We shall be uncompromising on superior quality and shall incessantly work towards upgrading technologies and upskilling our workforce to achieve our objectives.

Jagdish Kadam

Founder, Chairman & Managing Director

Founded in 1987 by Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Jagdish Kadam - a civil engineering alumnus of COEP, Rajpath Infracon has grown over nearly four decades into one of India's most respected infrastructure developers. Guided by the philosophy of Passion, Patience, and Perseverance, the company combines decades of domain expertise with a commitment to system-driven processes that shift perceptions from standard contracting to elite infrastructure development. Beyond delivering projects ahead of schedule, the organization drives national policy through Mr. Kadam's role as a Member of the CII National Committee on Roads and Highways. Furthermore, the company maintains a deep dedication to social responsibility, actively contributing to rural development, and community initiatives via the Rajshree Kadam Pratishthan.

He manages a family foundation called the Rajshree Kadam Pratishthan, which focuses on village development and making villages self-reliant.

Mohana Jagdish Kadam

Executive Director

An architect with a master’s degree in Urban Design from CEPT, Ahmedabad, Mrs. Mohana Kadam brings 20 years + of architectural practice and experience delivering prestigious projects to her leadership at Rajpath Infracon.

She oversees administration, human resources, finance and accounts, corporate communications, and digital operations. Her responsibilities span employee welfare, talent management and the systems that support the organisation.

Her achievements include the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Urban Design for the Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai, and recognition for her leadership and Rajpath’s infrastructure accomplishments.

Education and Leadership

Chairs the management committee of Karve Stree Shikshan Sanstha and BNCA, Pune, and serves as President of the Consortium of Green Fashion.

Women and Child Welfare

Through Rajashri Kadam Prathisthan, she supports women and children, conducts workshops and promotes natural textiles and green fashion.

Rajpath Sports Foundation

Leads the foundation’s administration and operations, supporting aspiring athletes and initiatives including the Maharashtra State Senior Athletics Championships.

With 43 years of expansive experience in efficient supply chain management, strategic procurement and contracts, inventory management, warehousing, distribution and logistics including export and safety, his acumen is a definite game-changing factor. He is an ardent facilitator of other functions related to operations such as production, sales and project management. An insightful strategist, he is a veteran with processes, systems and corporate planning.
